TESTIMONIALS
"Valentine's is the perfect
time to celebrate at Puccini's, a cozy getaway my husband and I enjoy
for special evenings. When you enter Puccini's, you immediately notice
the tea lights that line the wall in a clever design and how beautifully
they illuminate the room. The Italian music is so soft, it doesn't
overwhelm conversation. The
pièce de résistance are the chef's daily choices. The menu is
comparatively short, consisting mainly of meat, fish and fowl; however,
the limited offerings are never a disappointment. The presentation is
pleasing and the flavor of the entrée is always enjoyable, plus the
desserts are delicious. Puccini's
allows wine to be brought to the restaurant, and there is no corkage
fee. Richard, the chef/owner, is every bit the artist with food that his
wife, Melanie, is with the décor."-- Maria and Roger Fouracre, longtime
"The food was wonderful. Bill and I almost always split
something so we brought our
leftovers
home and will now have two or three more meals. It was fun, it was good and we met the chef/owner who seems
like a
neat guy. Once the word gets out we know we won't be able to get in the
door
without a res."
"Melanie and Richard,
Just a note to say my meal last night was superb. I don't think there is
anything more I could ask of a restaurant. Watching Richard cook was a
treat as I love to cook. It was clear Melanie was in love with the
restaurant, and Richard, which is the right recipe for preparing and
serving food.
Best of luck at the restaurant, and Melanie, at Ringling.
Problem is, do I tell anyone about your place or keep it a secret.
Think I won't tell." 12/3/2010
